Dr Susan McSweeney is a caring and dedicated doctor who is a strong advocate for her patients.

 

She is passionate about providing her patients with the tools and knowledge to feel empowered about their own health, and has a keen interests in the areas of women’s health, sexual health and reproductive medicine.

 

After completing an Advanced Science Degree with First Class Honours, she went onto medical training and obtained her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Notre Dame.

 

After gaining experience at various tertiary hospitals in NSW, she completed a 6 months senior residency term at the Royal Hospital for Women, where she discovered her passion and aptitude for women’s health and obtained her Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

 

She went on to obtain her fellowship in General Practice and is a current examiner with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

 

Susan is a qualified IUD inserter and offers IUD insertion and replacment and Mona Lisa Touch treatments for geniturinary syndrome of menopause .

Currently Susan is offering consultations via telehealth only, not face to face.  

Susan is passionate about her work and regularly attends educational events to ensure that you receive the most up to date and evidence-based medical treatment.
